Excluded Services:

• Fuel Costs: The lessee must pay for the fuel used during operation.
• Damage from Operator Negligence: Any damages caused by improper use or negligence are not covered.
• Insurance Deductibles: Deductibles specified in the insurance policy will be the responsibility of the lessee.
• Modifications to the Equipment: Any unauthorized changes or additions to the equipment may incur additional charges.
• Cost of Operator: The lessee is responsible for providing and covering the cost of the operator and their payroll.
• Mobilization and demobilization of equipment.
